Two years ago, Jennyfer Zubiaga decided it was time to take a risk. She reduced her hours working at McDonald’s — from an average of fifty-five hours a week down to forty — and opened her own food truck, “OMG Tacos: Over the Border." Zubiaga says she has long had the dream of growing her own authentic Mexican food business, but credits her family for turning her dream into reality.
I shot and edited this piece within twenty-four hours for the Orlando Sentinel after pitching the story the day before.
